They arrived on time and understood my expectations. They were diligent and did a great job scrubbing everything, including some stubborn stains inside the oven. The second time was my son’s place, a birthday gift for him. The cleaners arrived exactly on time, fast to work immediately. It took over 3 1/2 hours, they cleaning and scrubbed diligently, the place looked fantastic. They had their work cut out for them. They did a fantastic job from baseboards to blinds, doors, frames, inside cupboards and closets, to pulling out appliances and heavy furniture to make sure all areas were cleaned. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are also not a franchise, therefore cleaning is personal to Petra and her staff. We plan to give our son a gift certificate for cleaning by Petra and her staff every birthday.

I needed a place cleaned before I moved into it and Petra was very responsive and great at communicating when the cleaners would be coming. The cleaners arrived on time and with all the necessary supplies and did a fantastic job. They cleaned all the appliances and things like the bathroom vents, wardrobes, etc. The estimate I was given at the time of booking was accurate and I'm very pleased with the job they did.
