★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent builder. Great renovations. They gutted and rebuilt my whole house. What I remember most was how impressed the Town inspector was when he said that it was builders like this that made his job easy. My personal experience was extremey positive as well. Mr. DeSousa was most importantly helpful in improving the old design of my home and making both money saving and positive recommendations. Furthermore, he started the project on the day he forecast, and finished 2 days early on a 5 month project. He said to me the only way he would be unable to complete the project on time was if I couldn't make the necessary product selections on timecas required. We kept up our responsibilities and so did he. Highly recommended!
