★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté un accessoire de vélo (porte-bagages) chez Desmarais Sports et je n'ai pas payé pour l'installation. Je n'ai jamais réussi à l'installer moi-même et je pensais donc que le produit ne faisait pas pour mon vélo. Lorsque je suis retourné au magasin, un employé m'a aidé à l'installer, et ce, gratuitement. J'ai reçu un excellent service encore une fois! Merci.
 I bought a bike accessory (luggage rack) at Desmarais Sports and I did not pay for the installation. I never managed to install it myself and so I thought the product was not for my bike. When I went back to the store, an employee helped me install it for free. I received excellent service once again! Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service. Attitude très hautaine des employés. Ma fille a aussi eu un pauvre service à un prix très élevé. J'ai toujours encouragé ce commerce mais il y a des limites à encourager local.
Very bad service. Very haughty attitude of the employees. My daughter also had poor service at a very high price. I have always encouraged this business but there are limits to be encouraged locally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dit d'un ton rassurant le lendemain. Je passe pas prêt. Je lui demande le prix. Au temps de payer, c'est le double et n'a pas eu le professionnalisme de m'appeler pour m'informer avant. Il avait un air fendant et au dessus de ses affaires. En plus, le travail est pas fait, la roue est toujours croche et il n'a pas eu la bienveillance de gonfler le pneu après la job, (s'il a travaillé sur le bicycle). Dû mettre une étoile pour mettre ces commentaires, mais encore trop de générosité, mérite -3, tant qu'à moi. Services à la clientèle pourrit sans résultats à la fin. Et très dispendieux pour aucun résultat. Shop à bicycle à éviter.

Nous avons commandés des pneus. 1 semaine plus tard, nous nous faisons dire que les pneus n'ont jamais été commandés et le gars demande d'un air hautain de vérifier si nous avons bien commandés à ce magasin. La magasin ferme durant le jour sans préavis. Vraiment désolant pour un magasin locale. Nous irons dans une autre ville!
Rotten service. We ordered tires. 1 week later, we are told that the tires have never been ordered and the guy haughtily asks to check if we have ordered well at this store. The store closes during the day without notice. Really sorry for a local store. We will go to another city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai demandé une mise aux point, absolument aucun travail n'a été fait sur le vélo de mon fils, la lubrification des câbles de freins et des dérailleurs non fait, le nettoyage de la chaine et des engrenages ainsi que leurs lubrification non fait, le dérailleur arrière supposément changé par un autre usagé selon moi aussi rouillé ou simplement non fait, seulement les pneus ont étés gonflés et ce pour le double du prix qu'ils m'avaient fais.
Je ne retournerai pas la c'est certain. je ne donne aucun étoile selon moi la valeur est négative.
I asked for a tune-up, absolutely no work was done on my son's bike, the lubrication of the brake cables and derailleurs not done, the cleaning of the chain and gears as well as their lubrication not done , the rear derailleur supposedly changed by another used one in my opinion also rusty or simply not done, only the tires were inflated and this for the double of the price that they had made me.
I will not return there for sure. I do not give any star according to me the value is negative.
