★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steve Galant was worst adjuster I had the displeasure of working with. Took 1 month to send an appraiser to view my vehicle, cost myself time, and Desjardins one month's worth of parking costs. Would sincerely be better off with bots handling these processes. Soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one of the worst insurance companies anyone that i know i wouldn't tell them to go to this insurance company someone run in to my pick car and they take up to one month to answer me about my after when i hear back from them there going to tell me that am the one is going to puy for all the damage and the rental car and the storage fee this insurance company don't help people they tell people what they need to hear then take people had working money i hate this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst insurance company to deal with. All auto repair guys know it. I got rear ended and my car should have been a write off. They spent 4 months scamming their way through repairs and ended up doing $23k in repairs for a car I paid $20k for. They lied to my mechanic and only paid him $17k.
The screwed everyone in the process to save $3k. Wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole.
