Flagrant manque de professionnalisme et d'intégrité.
J'attends depuis un an pour un rappel sur mon véhicule. Ils me disent qu'ils n'ont pas les pièces et mettent ça sur le dos du manufacturier mais refusent de me rembourser l'inspection du véhicule pour les motifs du rappel.
Le comble, ils me font me déplacer au concessionnaire pour rien, n'ayant pas les pièces pour le rappel.
 DEALER TO AVOID
Flagrant lack of professionalism and integrity.
I have been waiting for a year for a recall on my vehicle. They tell me they don't have the parts and blame the manufacturer but refuse to reimburse me for the vehicle inspection for the reasons for the recall.
To top it off, they make me go to the dealership for nothing, not having the parts for the recall.
