Les prix sont bons, les lieux sont propre. Il faut prendre le temps de regarder le matériel attentivement car il s'agit de seconde vie. Pour le reste, le service est bon.
Second visit to a PC Bulk store.
The prices are good, the place is clean. You have to take the time to look at the material carefully because it is a second life. Otherwise, the service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je devais faire remplacer le ventilateur de mon portable. Sur un simple coup de téléphone, on m'a dit qu'on commanderait la pièce et qu'on m'appellerait dès qu'elle serait arrivée. Elle est arrivée juste avant Noël, je suis passé à ma convenance entre Noël et le Jour de l'an porter mon ordi, et la réparation a été faite le jour même.
Une autre fois : petit problème d'ordi, message courriel pour demander conseil, et réponse complète par courriel le jour même.
Excellent service, pas de tataouinage, bravo et merci!
I needed to have my laptop fan replaced. On a simple phone call, I was told that the part would be ordered and that I would be called as soon as it arrived. It arrived just before Christmas, I switched between Christmas and New Years at my convenience carrying my computer, and the repair was done the same day.
Another time: small computer problem, email message to ask for advice, and complete response by email the same day.
Excellent service, no tatouinage, well done and thank you!
