★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor results for the treatment of nail fungus (onychomycosis).
Charged thousands of dollars and results did not happen.
I requested verbally and in writing a progress report about the procedure, timeline and cost.
There was little effort in the response.
I attended 18 appointments at several hundred dollars an appointment. Most not covered by insurance.
Regardless of who payed it was too much money with minor results.
You can get far better treatment locally.
I have spent less than a 25% and got 400% better results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very useless treatment for warts. My friend did the laser, which they promised would work. However, after spending thousands of dollars and months of his time, he had more warts than when he started, and none of the old warts were gone. They do not do more than eye-ball the warts, they could never tell us if some were legitimately warts (she "confirmed" that he had one on his toe that a doctor said was simply a blister), and they could never tell us how they were progressing (that's because they weren't). Twice she told us the same wart was "gone" but it never was.
Be warned, they are filled with excuses: "warts are persistent", "tricky little buggers", "it takes time", etc. and while that may be true, we expect results if we are going to pay $150 ($180 the first time) per treatment per month, for over a year. They're nice people, make a good impression, and are smooth talkers, but yield NO results. Go to a real doctor and get a working (FREE) treatment. Do NOT waste your time or money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great experience. As a first time client I didn’t know what to expect. Staff was so friendly and informative. Answered all my questions about the insurance process, diagnosis and actual orthotics. Always greeted me with a smile and addressed me by my first name. That quality of customer service is hard to find these days. And of course my orthotics have exceeded my expectations and I can’t believe I went as long as I did without them! Such a great local business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic experience with these guys! The level of care is astounding. My boyfriend had a piece of glass in his foot, and they took him without an appointment right away due to the seriousness of the issue. It was dealt with quickly and effectively, and another appointment was made to remove the glass two days later. Kareem Salem, D.Ch. was the care provider and he genuinely cared about the issue and was more than happy to help us. I am just amazed at the fantastic care we received from them!! We need more people like him in the healthcare field! The rest of the staff was very helpful and personable as well. Thank you to all the staff at DeSimone Foot & Ankle Centre for your incredible service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had my appointment May 26th and explained at the appointment that I was moving out of city by the end of June and would be starting a career in the trades. I was told that my orthotics would be in within 2 weeks. It took over a month, at which point I was no longer in Sudbury. I have called on a weekly basis to try to arrange pick up or shipping. Every time I've called I've been given the run around and been told someone will call me the following week, which never happens (this is going on 4 weeks of nobody ever calling me back). Today I called (nobody answered as I'm sure they're screening my calls at this point and nobody called me back after I left a message on the voicemail.) Guess now that they have my insurance money they are satisfied. Absolutely the worst customer service and follow up I've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Simone has a lot of nice stuff but everything is overpriced. I know it’s good shoes for your feet. You can get all those online much cheaper. Also make sure what you buy is what you want ( even though sometimes it’s hard to tell). You will not get a refund ! Only a credit or replacement. Every store I know gives refund even online! Shop around people!
