Doctor Tolj was a total pro took the utmost care to ensure that I did not experience any pain or discomfort during my procedure. Staff worked to accommodate my schedule. Could not be happier with my care at Quinte Foot Care Clinic!

When I entered 10 minutes later I spoke with Dan and he justified her behaviour because I was ten minutes early. When I scheduled the appointment over the phone I was told to knock on the door at my appointment time, nothing more!!If it was so important for me to arrive at the exact time of my appointment they should’ve specified that over the phone. I was early that’s my bad but the attitude from her was uncalled for. Anyway I walked out and will not be returning.

Having employees that take the time to offer exceptional customer service even when they are not in the office is amazing and very hard to find. My first impression has been wonderful! Highly recommend!!
