★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I too found Tim very friendly, however after spending $450 on orthotics my orthopedic surgeon said was a waste of money, and I do not have Morton's neuroma as Tim claimed. The surgeon said "custom made" were the worst thing for me. They did not re-distribute the weight on my foot that was needed to relieve the pain. I suggest you get a second opinion before you spend that kind of money.

I will continue to go here for my work boots and insoles from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place! Great care in a timely fashion. My custom-made orthotics have eliminated the pain in my feet and are durable. Huge difference from the dr. Scholl's I used to buy every month or so (after they fell apart). The manager and his son are such a great team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at BioPed in Belleville. I’ve never had orthotics before and I have Plantar Fasciitis. Tim made the orthotics. My appointment was on Friday and they were ready on Wednesday. Fast!! I bought a new pair of runners and he showed me how to put them in my shoes and winter boots. I wore them all day Wednesday and went for a 6k walk on Thursday and the pain was almost gone. I will be wearing them in all my shoes. They won’t help if you don’t wear them!!! My experience was wonderful. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Really nice guy. I would not hesitate to send anyone to his establishment. Thanks Tim!!!
