★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completed a Kitchen renovation. Great Team lead by Paul. Great design advise. Very accommodating and receptive to changes/requests on the go. We felt at some point the Team was part of the family. We couldn't be happier with the end product received (i.e. Kitchen, floor, trim, etc.).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Design Palace ceramic tile our kitchen and hallways this year. We are very happy with the result. The tiles are beautiful and we have had so many compliments on the overall look. Paul was very personable and knowledgeable and was quick to do an initial measure and quote. When it was time to install, his team worked quickly and efficiently. There was never a time when we were left with a mess at the end of the day. Very tidy work. We will use their services again in the future when the time comes to update another room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Majority of the tour selection is not available, but still in display for you to look at and choose coordinating pieces only to find out you can't have it. Only accepts orders in person. Stay away
