★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are few things that makes this place the best.
1. They had a buffet for tonight which had mostly non vegetarian options, I told them I wish it had more vegetarian options and even at 9 pm in night they cooked new vegetarian items for me.
2. The preparation was delicious. The starters were so new items. The fusion idea is amazing. Only place in Canada I would say who serve Indian style spring roll. Spring roll is spring roll when it has got noodles. Other places just serve ready to eat. This place put efforts in making it what Indians would like.
3. The spice level was perfect. Spicy food necessarily doesn’t mean that it should have chilli powder added in large quantities. It’s the flavours that matter. This place had great flavours but not something that could burn your taste buds. Good for people who can’t handle spicy and good for Indians as they get the flavour they crave for.
4. The paneer prep was just too good. Reminded me food from back home.
5. The whole concept of fusion is great. The menu looks great. This is what is popular back in India as well these days and I am glad some place is serving that in Canada as wel.
