I told her my budget and how much I was willing to loan, then specified which car model I did not like due to testing it at a different dealership. She left for quite a while, then came back with her manager to discuss finances with me even though I hadn't seen a car yet. Eventually she got me into a car that was $16,000 over my budget, and the model I told her I did not want to look at. As we came back from the test drive I asked about a car in the lot we passed and she told me it was over my budget so she wouldn't"t show it to me. When we returned to her desk I asked if I could see any cars that were in my budget and she told me her manager would have to pull the cars out for me. I left after without looking at a single car in my budget, or that I liked. I was very disappointed with my experience here.

I actually got one of my buddys to check them out as well and he ended up get a great deal on the car he wanted and had a great experience.

I dealt with a salesman by name of Robbie i am a true believer in customer service and when someone tells me they will call me back i expect that courtesy...especially when their salary is derived from vehicle sales. i was told twice by him that he would call me back. still waiting. I guess he really didnt want to get the deal done. What a stunning example of lack of customer service.. I will never step foot in this dealership again. what a waste of time

We unfortunately will be taking our business elsewhere after the lack of importance of customer service from the management team. I have tried to call three times twice management said they would call me back that day, I have not received a call back. This is now day three of trying to speak to a manger. After calling again and no one to talk to I will now be going into the dealership so I can get the managers to speak with us. You would think after buying an $80,000+ vehicle the management team would want to return our calls and find out what our issue is so that we would return again for future purchases. Also the service girl in the trucks department needs to get some customer service skills instead of snickering at people when they ask about some thing that was promised on the new vehicle checklist.

When I called to come and discuss the price and to finalize the deal for their vehicle that I checked on Friday they said we can do something and when I was there “ You know what they offered the same as the listing price by the manager Deep which I already checked on Friday so why they called and asked to come if they don’t want to go lower? I know that’s their property but at least appreciate other time” . I highly don’t recommend Derrick Dodge at 6211 104 St NW Edmonton AB. Before I left he came and started arguing with me. WOW WHAT A SERVICE..Try to find out other dealers. Derrick Dodge think they are the only one in the market to sell the vehicle but don’t forget if there are no customer no Derrick Dodge as well. “ Sales Person Tej tried his best but I am so sorry about him, you are the best”

I explained that I wanted to sell my Dodge Ram due to rising gas costs and did not want to make payments on a vehicle. He showed me vehicles in that range with no high pressure sale tactics to buy! Having come from another lot where I felt highly pressured into payments on a vehicle I was relieved. I was also offered a fair offer on my truck! Drove the vehicle I purchased and feel it was a great decision. I would highly recommend G
