★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Olivia-Custic is an amazing doctor! I was struggling with acne for a long time in my early teens, did a lot of things but nothing helped. And FINALLY because of her my acne is all cleared up! She was very patient with the process and made sure my health was good all along. She tries so many different procedure to help you clear up your acne which I loved about her. Thanks to her for making my skin happy! Highly recommend. Also the stuff there are amazing as well!!

I struggled with acne, along with scars and hyperpigmentation from it, and after a year of working on my skin with the help of the incredible staff at DermIDEA, I am smooth, glowy, and even toned! I needed a day or pampering and that’s exactly what I got. Nadine is very knowledge on all matters of the skin and is very polite. She didn’t try to sell me on the products and services , she answered all my questions and was truthful when I asked her about my skin condition and offered genuine advice. It’s been 4 days since the facial and I’ve received so many compliments on how my skin is glowing ! If you’re thinking of booking a service with Nadine , don’t hesitate ! She has the best bubbly personality and knows her stuff! I’ll be back in a few weeks for my chemical peel !

She showed me the products available to use and was able to educate me in how the product is benefitting my skin. She gave me a great recommendation of the hydrating products they sell for my skin type.
Most importantly, during the facial I was very relaxed and her facial massage was good enough to put me to sleep! Thanks for the relaxing facial! Great experience.
