Suite a une livraison, la dame que nous avions eu au préalable par téléphone s'était trompé de commande, nous avions du donc logiquement refuser la commande. Par la suite, le livreur s'est montré très agressif, a tel point que des voisins sont sortis sur le palier. Suite a une conversation avec la caissière par téléphone, celle-ci nous a présenté ses excuses en reconnaissant l'erreur. Nous avons tout de même passé une autre commande durant la même journée qui s'est passé sans problèmes. Aujourd’hui, nous avons un messieurs très impoli au téléphone qui refuse de nous livrer en sous-entendant que nous avions presque agressé son livreur! Celui-ci nous a mal parlé et nous a quasiment traités de menteurs. Je suis pour ma part chef d'une entreprise de 250 salariés, et je ne concevrais jamais d'avoir un employé traitant des clients de cette façon. Les employés sont la vitrine d'une entreprise, et la personne que nous avons eu au téléphone montre une très mauvaise image de votre business. If we couldn't put any star there, that's what this business would deserve! Following a delivery, the lady we had previously had by phone had the wrong order, so we logically had to refuse the order. Subsequently, the delivery man was very aggressive, to the point that neighbors came out on the landing. Following a conversation with the cashier by phone, she apologized to us, acknowledging the error. We still placed another order during the same day which went without problems. Today we have a very rude gentlemen on the phone who refuses to deliver us, implying that we had almost assaulted his delivery man! This one spoke badly to us and almost called us liars. I myself am the head of a company with 250 employees, and I would never imagine having an employee treating clients in this way. Employees are the window to a business, and the person we spoke to on the phone portrays your business very badly.

A	Adam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly when you go in, has an ATM, decent chip / snacks selection, products freshly rotated in and out, UPS pickup point, decent beer selection. My only issue is that they don't accept American Express despite having the sticker on the door.
