Dr. Choriatis has a wonderful calming manner about him and warned me about every step during the procedure. Didn't even feel the freezing needles! My dentist referred me to this place for complex extraction under sedation because I am a panic patient. So now three weeks later they finally call me to tell me they can not do my fillings under sedation which where also included in the referral , they would not have the time and it would take up to two years to get my teeth fixed apperently according to the lady on the phone they would have to ask for approval each time I need a tooth removed or fixed, after I mentioned that my insurance is from Alberta works,just unbelievable front desk staff talking like that ,I just had to hang up the phone.most rude , unprofessional experience ever. Privileged ,entitled arrogant front desk lady. I can't speak about the doctors work or professional attitude as I have unfortunately not been able to book an appointment.have to book with my dentist to do the appointment and extraction at his clinic or another clinic. That is how you loose patients and reputation dental service group. I see there are many complaints about the front desk , you want to change that ?, then maybey hire someone qualified , experienced and professional for the job.

L	Lisa M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can think of a million places I would rather be than Dental Service Group BUT to my surprise I made it through with no problems with the help of the staff… Right from booking my appt and showing up at reception, my dental assistant and my dentist were all amazingly helpful to answer all my questions and be there for me from start to finish. I felt as relaxed as I could be as I listened to the dentist talk me through the procedure of my extracted wisdom tooth. I will be back at this office but only if I have to! I am definitely glad I was referred to come here :) And a follow up call later that evening from the dentist was reassuring to me, and he had no problem answering the other question I had accumulated since my procedure. Thumbs up from me!

Really appreciated that they patiently answered my many many questions and remembered and accommodated any special-condition requests. Little extra kindnesses like helping me get my coat and boots back on added to making what could be a miserable experience as pleasant as possible, and speak to the quality of their staff. Would highly recommend DSG.

I had Dr. Jickling and he was nothing but kind, informative and clearly very good at what he does since its been about 24-hours since my procedure and I have no pain at all and very minimal swelling. I had some anxieties coming in but all the staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease. The RN and Dr. Jickling answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. I'd highly recommend Dental Service Group for any dental procedure you may need!

When I mentioned I had anxiety, the doctor took extra time to make sure I was comfortable before starting the procedure. They strongly recommended the sedation (but let it be my choice), which made the procedure a breeze. That all said, I haven't shopped around for a better price. But the quality of care is top notch, a great value as far as I'm concerned. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

The team welcomed us by telling us their names, and letting us know what would be happening. The anesthesiologist gave my daughter some gas, and let me know she would be getting a butterfly needle after she was out (she was not ready when conscious). The procedure was quick and there was a short recovery time. I was told the doctor would call tonight to check up on my girl. How kind! All in all, it made the experience of many extractions at once easier. Thanks for the positive experience!
