Sheryl was extremely professional, empathetic, and patient with us throughout the process. She objectively pointed out pros/cons of the houses we saw and followed up several times after our move to check if we needed help or had questions. Because of the market conditions at the time where we bought and our buying timeline, we didn’t have any negotiation power in the purchase but this was independent from Sheryl’s role. Sheryl is also an authentically kind person, we feel fortunate to have worked with her and we will work with her if our next home is in the Edmonton area. We will also recommend her to our friends.
