Nous avons été clients à cette clinique pour plus de 22 ans. Malheureusement, le DR Levasseur a pris sa retraite et une nouvelle équipe sous la direction de DR Ismael Lahlou a pris la relève. Je n’ai rien a mentionné sur la qualité du service, cependant je vous mets en garde sur la facturation excessive. Depuis que cette nouvelle équipe est en place, il y a souvent des surcharges qui ne sont plus couvertes par notre plan d’assurance. Par exemple : une mauvaise planification, des radiographies de routines sont effectués et chargés au client alors que le coût aurait pu être épargné si la radiographie avait été effectuée quelques semaines plus tard. Après avoir contesté, on m’a crédité le tout, mais il a fallut contester la facture additionnelle reçue par la poste ! Lors de ma dernière visite, le fil de rétention qui est fixé en arrière de mes dents était décollé. Pour recoller le fil, on m’a facturé une somme de 414,00$. Cette opération a pris 5 minutes et a été effectuée par l’hygiéniste dentaire en même temps que mon nettoyage annuel et non par le dentiste. Ce qui revient à 5,000.00$ de l’heure. On ne m’a jamais mentionné le coût avant d’effectuer cette tâche, j’ai seulement encore une fois reçu une facture additionnelle par la poste. Bien sûr, après avoir contesté cette facture on m’a crédité une somme de 138,00$ mais j’ai dû tout de même payer la somme de 276,00$ soit équivalent de 3,312.00$ de l’heure. Le fil de rétention avait déjà décollé dans le passé et Dr Levasseur ne m’avait jamais chargé une telle somme. Pendant 22 ans, nous n’avons jamais eu à payer aucune somme additionnelle car notre plan était suffisant. Sous cette nouvelle équipe, et bien, cela ne suffit plus !!! C’est la politique interne comme on me là si bien dit. Malheureusement, de nos jours les entreprises dépenses beaucoup d’argent à recruter de nouveaux clients, mais on devrait également s’occuper des clients existants. 4 clients de moins et 4 clients de plus pour une autre clinique dentaire !!!

I didn't mention anything about the quality of the service, however I caution you about overcharging. Since this new team is in place, there are often surcharges that are no longer covered by our insurance plan. For example: poor planning, routine x-rays are taken and charged to the client, while the cost could have been saved if the x-ray had been taken a few weeks later. After disputing, I was credited with everything, but we had to contest the additional invoice received by mail! During my last visit, the retention wire which is fixed behind my teeth was detached. To put the wire back together, I was charged $ 414.00. This operation took 5 minutes and was performed by the dental hygienist at the same time as my annual cleaning and not by the dentist. Which comes to $ 5,000.00 an hour. I was never told the cost before doing this task, I only received an additional invoice in the mail once again. Of course, after disputing this invoice, I was credited with $ 138.00, but I still had to pay the sum of $ 276.00, equivalent to $ 3.312.00 an hour. The retention thread had already taken off in the past and Dr. Levasseur had never charged me such a sum. For 22 years, we never had to pay any additional money because our plan was sufficient. Under this new team, well, that is no longer enough !!! It’s internal politics as I’m told so well. Unfortunately, nowadays companies spend a lot of money recruiting new customers, but existing customers should also be looked after. 4 fewer clients and 4 more clients for another dental clinic !!!

Merci de m'avoir permis de surmonter ma terreur des dentistes, Dr. Lahlou. Excellent service de A à Z. Dr. Lahlou est très patient et à l'écoute. Malgré le fait que j'étais très difficile à geler, il a pris le temps de diminuer les doses lors des réessais afin de pouvoir s'assurer d'en donner suffisamment pour que je gèle adéquatement. Une expérience bien réconfortante en comparant mes expériences à d'autres cliniques. Merci!
Thank you for allowing me to overcome my terror of dentists, Dr. Lahlou. Excellent service from A to Z. Dr. Lahlou is very patient and attentive. Despite the fact that I was very difficult to freeze, he took the time to reduce the doses during the retries in order to be able to make sure to give enough for me to freeze properly. A very heartwarming experience comparing my experiences to other clinics. Thank you!

WOW. The time you walk into this practice, you may not think much of it, but the front staff more specifically from my experience Isabelle La Salle is a fantastic helping hand. Isabelle La Salle is fun, she listens, and is willing to go the extra mile! Thank you Isabelle. (Fantastic!!!) The dental hygienist who catered to me, Lina Samson... to be honest I was meh, but she has a touch that leaves you walking out feeling,.....ok I am VERY happy to have had her! She is a sweetheart with a sense of humor! Thank you Lina! Now moving on to the actual let's pay for pain... Dr. Ismaël Lahlou, I REFUSE to see anybody but him. Why? He is Bilingual, he is patient, he LISTENS and he keeps you in the loop every step of the way and is not afraid of giving suggestions. The best part he is not some crusty old timer that is not open to hearing your thoughts. Now there is a reason he gets paid to do what he does...He's is after all the expert, but....if you have concerns, suggestions he is not oblivious to seek second opinions from his colleagues or to tell you that he may advise against. At the the end of the day it's your decision. I am a hard ass prick, and takes alot for someone to wow me. This clinic did it. I am extremely happy with the service and the advice received thus far, take pride in doing such a fantastic job! Piss me off and I will write to reflect lol. Steve Myers

Dr. Trembley listens and is not hurried. She explained simply my options and didn’t pressure me. She is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Highly recommend her office.
