C	Carol-Ann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonjour à vous, je ne peux pas dire que je suis satisfaite de mes deux visites chez vous. J'ai été référer par quelqu'un qui avait reçu des soins magnifiques. Faut croire que je n'ai pas eu les même hygiénistes. Je suis allée une fois en août 2015 et le nettoyage n'était pas fait bien. Après m'avoir rincé la bouche avec son jet d'eau, elle a continué son travail, mais j'avais encore plein de pâte dans les dents. Puis ma seconde visite date de la semaine dernière. Pas la même hygiénistes, mais le fait est que j'ai terminée son travail à la maison, à ça demande.. Elle me passait la soie dentaire, arriver à mes dents d'en avant, elle m'a demandée si je voudrais bien le faire chez moi. Car je porte des fils d'orthodontiste, moi qui a porter des broches autrefois. Et la semaine dernière cette dame, avait peur de me faire mal et me faire saigner et donc elle m'a laisser terminer le travail à la maison. Je n'avais jamais entendu cela. En plus, sur mes autres dents je ne saignais pas et donc ça aurait été le même résultat sur mes dents d'en avant. C'est à réfléchir pour la prochaine fois, si je veux payer pour des services incomplet. Hello to you, I can not say that I am satisfied with my two visits to your home. Because I wear orthodontic threads, I who wear pins once. And last week this lady, was afraid of hurting me and bleeding me and so she let me finish work at home. I had never heard that. In addition, on my other teeth I was not bleeding and so it would have been the same result on my teeth forward. It's worth thinking for next time, if I want to pay for incomplete services.

J’ai toujours fortement apprécié le service que j’y ai reçu, principalement de Dre Audrey Vertefeuille et de l’équipe au sens large. Dre Vertefeuille est compétente, souriante et a une belle personnalité. Je me suis toujours senti en confiance avec elle. Je la recommande fortement. Unfortunately, I had to stop at the Dental Clinic in Old Sherbrooke because of a distant move. I have always appreciated the service I received, mainly from Dr. Audrey Vertefeuille and the team at large. Dr. Vertefeuille is competent, smiling and has a beautiful personality. I have always felt confident with her. I highly recommend it.

Le rendez-vous chez le dentiste qui est souvent désagréable se trouve amélioré par tous ses aspects positifs ! Impeccable dental clinic. Staff friendly, professional and available. Competent team. After permanently relocating to the area I needed to find a dentist and this clinic was the only one I found in Sherbrooke with an English website, and is within walking distance from my home in downtown Sherbrooke. I called to take an appointment, and Linda was extremely kind and helpful, offering me an appointment in two weeks, which is pretty fast! She advised that she would keep me in mind if they had any last minute openings before then. She sent a health questionnaire by text which was quick to fill out and she called back a few minutes later advising me that they had had a cancellation this morning and would I be available to come in ~1 hour! Amazing! The offices are newly renovated, bright, and spacious and the team are smiling and very helpful. Linda took care of me at reception and dealt with my insurance company. My x-rays were taken and Dr Dubé proceeded with my exam. I had some small restoration work to be done which I suspected which she was able to take care of at that same visit. I used to be a dental assistant and the restoration work was done well and efficiently. The views from the office are amazing and relaxing. Definitely a unique and pleasant experience! The fees are surprisingly affordable in my opinion. I will be back for my cleaning in 2 weeks! Thank you so much
