★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très soulagé de ma visite. Restauration après 6 ans sans dentiste. Le médecin a rapidement évalué et le lendemain matin tout était terminé. J" ai même pus devancé mon r-v selon leurs disponibilités de dernière minutes. alignement parfait. Merci beaucoup :)( brossage 2x standard/jour)+(2x proemail/jour legé).
Very relieved by my visit. Restoration after 6 years without a dentist. The doctor quickly assessed and the next morning it was all over. I was even able to get ahead of my r-v according to their last minute availability. Perfect alignment. Thank you very much:) (2x standard brushing / day) + (2x proemail / light day).

Et je suis bien contente d'en avoir fait fit car, pour ma part, j'ai eu un EXCELLENT service lors de l'ouverture de mon dossier / prise de rdv / le rdv lui même / lors de mon appel auj (questions a/s d'un estimé).
Personnel efficace, souriant (oui! même à travers le masque!), aidant, etc. Bref, pas du tout déçue, au contraire! ❤

And I am very happy to have done it because, for my part, I had an EXCELLENT service when opening my file / making an appointment / the appointment itself / during my call today (questions to / s of an estimate).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai juste passé un appel pour avoir des renseignements, je devais surement déranger la secrétaire, car elle n'a pas du tout était courtoise, elle soufflait pour me donner le prix de la consultation. Elle m'annonce un prix le double d'un autre dentiste, et quand j'ai osé lui dire, elle m'a quasiment raccrocher au nez, en gardant un sourire dans la voix très irrespectueux. En venant marqué ce commentaire, je m'aperçois que je ne suis pas la seule qui se plaint de la secrétaire. Malheureusement, je n'irai pas plus loin dans les démarches, un grand dommage pour les dentistes qui doivent surement être très compétents, eux.
I just made a call to get some information, I must have disturbed the secretary, because she was not at all courteous, she huffed to give me the price of the consultation. She tells me twice the price of another dentist, and when I dared to tell her, she almost hung up on me, keeping a very disrespectful smile in her voice. Coming to mark this comment, I realize that I am not the only one who complains about the secretary. Unfortunately, I will not go further in the process, a great pity for dentists who must surely be very competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaises expériences 2 reprise ,pour ma part 2 traitement canal à refaire , après les avoir fait , et ils faut que j'aille a Québec pour ça vraiment aucun suivi post opération , et quand tu dit que tu a mal c'est presque dans notre tête terminé pour moi là-bas
Very bad experiences 2 recovery, for my part 2 root canal treatment to redo, after having done them, and I have to go to Quebec for that really no post-operation follow-up, and when you say that you are in pain it is almost in our head ended for me there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Catherine Desilet est de loin la pire dentiste auxquel j'ai eu à faire. Aucune hospitalité . Très brutale aucune delicatesse. Pour un examen et nettoyage ça a duré 10 minutes et j'ai eu mal du début à la fin. J'ai saigner. Je vais au dentiste au 6 mois et c'est la premiere fois que j'ai eu mal et saigner autant même le polissage était douloureux et je n'est pas les dents sensible! Elle prenait plaisir à cogner les outils contre mes dents sans s'excuser. J'ai demander de l'eau à la fin car ce n'est pas elle qui aurai la gentilesse de l'offrir. Surtout que je crachait du sang! J'ai l'impression que c'était exiprès car j'avais été a une autre clinique bien plus professionnel pour faire mes reparations. Tout de suite apres mon nettoyage elle me demandais si j'allais retourner ailleur et pourquoi j'étais revenu à leurs clinique.
Dr Catherine Desilet is by far the worst dentist I have ever had to deal with. No hospitality. Very brutal no delicacy. For an exam and cleaning it took 10 minutes and I was in pain from start to finish. I bleed. I go to the dentist at 6 months and it's the first time that I had pain and bleeding so much even the polishing was painful and my teeth are not sensitive! She enjoyed banging the tools against my teeth without apologizing. I asked for water at the end because it is not she who will be kind enough to offer it. Especially since I was coughing up blood! I feel like it was on purpose because I had gone to another much more professional clinic to do my repairs. Immediately after my cleaning she asked me if I was going to return elsewhere and why I had returned to their clinic.
