Dental Care for Children - Sunridge - Calgary

My 5 yr old is very hyper and gets excited easily to where he just can't be still. He was all over the place . They were very patient and handled him well. Probably happy to see him leave though .... Lol great staff

I believe front desk staff are the impression for any business. One of the front desk staff of the sunridge dental care for children is really worse than worst. I have no words to describe how she behaves to the customer... i wish best of luck to her.... the dentists are really good in this place but the front desk is the worst....please be prepared to deal with the worst first to see the good dentist.

Beautiful and confort place for kids. The staff is just.. perfect. Friendly and easy going. I have nothing bad to said about this place. My son had loved is moment. Perfect place for kids.

I love this place. Doctor Cymbalisty and her staff are incredible. They hold a special place in my heart. They genuinely care for all their kids and want what’s best for their overall health. God bless them all. They have gone above and beyond for my kids. Doctor Cymbalisty is Amazing. She’s very comforting and guides you in the right direction. Her staff is unbelievable from the front desk to all the hygienists THANK YOU ALL ♥️♥️.

All are nice and very helpfull to me and my daughter. I will give 5 stars to Sunelle. She is very nice and caring and she always update me on what is happening to my daughter inside while i'm waiting at the lobby. Service is very good that my daughter loves to go back. The front staff, her name is Brianna who is handling payments. She is always rude and not helpfull at all every single time i went there. I'm still asking questions about my insurance and she didnt answer my questions clearly. I feel like she doesnt want to help at all and just want me to leave. She is rude. Im so disappointed . Please Brianna dont treat people like that. We are paying for good service. Dental care clinic is a good clinic.

First off let’s start by saying that this review after talking to Roni is not directed towards her or the dentist that seen my daughter on February 14. My daughter was referred to this dentist because of a traumatic accidental cut to the cheek by another dentist who we love dearly they thought it would be in my daughters best interest to possibly be sedated. So on this date myself, my mom, and my daughter came to the said appointment at dental care for children upon arriving my daughter became lethargic, white as a ghost because she knew she was at a dentist office. Sat for 1 hour after our supposed appointment time was talked to by Marni who yet again was polite and respectful. We were called back to see the dentist while my mom was asked to sit in the car even though she was asked as moral support for my daughter by my daughter. The dentist Dr.Saher was very friendly and friendly to speak with and very communicative. Upon leaving the back we knew that a surgical date needed to be booked. I went to speak with Brianna. Who might I add is very rude and unprofessional! She had me sign the consent which I had jumped on because it meant my daughters teeth would be good and she would be able to eat properly. I finished signing the consent and the appointment was made and then I was informed of a $75 refundable deposit that needed to be paid… I am a single mom of 5 who would’ve loved to have been told in the beginning before I got my hopes up. Stated I don’t get paid till a certain date and was told to call and make the appointment then but it wouldn’t be the same day that was signed for. All because of $75! Be prepared to be placed into a specific category of a no show! My disabled mother got the $75 from her change bucket so that her granddaughters appointment could be secured. I hunted for a different location after I decided to read these reviews and as a mother it made my skin crawl!! My mother and I proceeded back to the office on February 15th to obtain the refunadble deposit and cancel and have her file removed! Roni was professional and we were told there was no cash on site!!! Brianna then approached my mother in a very disgusting manner and said they still had her change and threw it on the counter towards myself!! If you want a dental experience for your child that could have them heaving afterwards due to anxiety… by all means this is the place to be!! I will make this loud and clear the dentist Dr.Saher was amazing! Marni was professional and respectful! Roni handled the situation with professionalism! Good job!! But Brianna is very rude and unprofessional and should seek other employment! Thank you!!

My child has been a patient at dental care for children for several years. He had a dental emergency and they took care of him on a moment's notice were kind, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you for making a really hard week better.

I DO NOT recommend this place. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Took my granddaughter here a couple times she was ok the first time but the last time I took her she was very scared to have her teeth cleaned and I was asked to leave the room in hopes she would calm down. But when I walked in there was a nurse holding her legs down and another holding her arms and they were trying to force her to open her mouth. She even had brushes on her legs. I don't care who you are that is very traumatic for a small child of 5 and making them more afraid to go see a dentist now every time I mention it she runs crying and hides. THANKS ALOT for this.
