★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dennis helped me refinance my property and I strongly recommend him. I was a returning citizen from another country and most banks turned me away due to my income status. I wasn't an easy case for Dennis but he was extremely patient with me, followed up occasionally and I did not feel any pressure to make any decision at all. (it took me close to a year to decide to refinance after meeting him and he had been alongside all along) Throughout the year, he answered all my questions professionally, understood my personal challenges with detail, and went beyond to explore options that best fitted my family. The closing process was quick, clear, and done professionally not only by his part but other related parties too which shows that they enjoy working with Dennis at a professional level too. (eg. lawyer, lender, etc) I'll be dealing with Dennis again when future opportunities arise and you'll surely be a great hands with him.
