β β β β β This is the second time we've been to Bruno because it was just that great but some how some way, Executive Chef Will and his team surpassed our expectations AGAIN! My boyfriend took me out to celebrate my birthday and Chef Will, did some amazing customizations with the duck, rib eye steak, and the "secret menu" that had lobster tail. The team was great at checking up on the food and ensured our table was always clean. The presentation is top notch. Never experienced something like this in Vancouver. 11/10 experience. Must give this a shot!

β β β β β Bruno is a traditional Italian name but not good for a restaurant. It always make me remember a scientist who was burned by holy office of Rome in 1600, it feels weird when you cut a steak with a burning human image in your mind ~ if not guilty.
The good news is Bruno is not an Italian restaurant, or, not a typical western restaurant. The owner is Chinese, the food is very oriental taste (which is not bad actually) while looks very western, and of course, full of Chinese customers.
It serves a la carte & set menu. Dine out set charges 59 CAD per person with 3 appetizers, 3 main courses & 2 desserts for share, which is a wonderful choice for two in a fair price.
They have wonderful sauce, from appetizers to main courses, and presentation is excellent. It has all the potentials to amazing on your feed. Though starters tastes a bit light & flat, meats a bit over cooked & sauteed vegetable a bit too salty. After all, what Internet needs is appearance only, right?

β β β β β Not a very big Restaurant, but you will find surprise in it. The truffles lavender duck and the Uni Ikura King crab risotto are must try. Grilled Oysters are done in front of you.... Overall, it is somewhere I will go again. Price is at mid-high range but service is good. Five stars!

β β β β β Amazing experience! Great food and fantastic service! We went there to celebrate a birthday and we were not disappointed. Heard good feed back about this restaurant and wanted to try it out. We were recommended the truffle lavender duck dish and it was really good. All other dishes we ordered were also very tasty! The service was on point and the staff really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Ruby the manager was so great! We will definitely be going back to try out other dishes on the menu!

β β β β β Ricardo provided an amazing service. We ordered a bunch of stuff from the menu and he paired the appetizers and main courses for us. The meal started of light and ended with heavy flavoured dishes. Ricardo was with us the whole way and took care of us. One the best dining experience we had in a long while, especially when we eat out everyday. Good service and good food. A lot of different flavours. Would definitely come back!

β β β β β I had a wonderful experience dining here with a large party! We were so well taken care of; the event manager, floor manager, wait staff, and team in the kitchen provided us excellent service and aesthetically plated meals. They were professional, kind, organized, understanding, reassuring, attentive, and successfully carried out each of my requests I had provided ahead of time. The food and drinks were so delicious, each course was presented beautifully, and the decorum provided a great atmosphere. I would definitely dine here again.

β β β β β We were staying at the Versante hotel and had breakfast and lunch at Bruno. We regretted that we did not have dinner there as well. The food was so AMAZING. It is so good that we would take a trip from Seattle to Richmond just to eat there. Everything is so flavorful, creative, fresh and also very filling. We were skeptical at first seeing the βbadβ reviews but I would give the experience here 10 stars if I could.
The brunch set is only offered on the weekend. It is $56 per person but each person would have total 7 different dishes. There are many good and healthy options for breakfast as well. The price is very reasonable for the portion. We could not eat everything so we had to take to-go for 2 of the dishes. We are planning to have dinner there soon.

I had to give a huge shout out to the restaurant managers - Rita and Ruby, who went above and beyond and made the night unforgettable ?
Probably the best dine out experience we had in Vancouver!! Food was absolutely amazing and presentation was impeccable. The chefs and kitchen staff put so much heart into it and we really enjoyed every bite! The scroll loaf was to die for!!
Our server, Hugh, was super attentive and professional. Leo who stopped and took photos for us was really kind as well! Everyone in the restaurant was delightful.
10/10 ???We are definitely coming back!
