β β β β β Best Subway location Iβve ever been to! The staff are super friendly, especially the man I talked with today who I believe is the manager. Excellent customer service and the staff are super quick to make my order even with them being very busy. Compared to other locations the subs here are made much better and they do not cheap out on toppings. Other stores should look at how this location treats their customers! :)

The people are nice but they are all obviously instructed to give you the least amount of vegetables as possible, Iβve never seen such a pathetic sandwich and so consistently too, not just one person. I had to go get food elsewhere to make a meal.

β β β β β This location is less 300m from my place however unless I'm desperate I don't go. I used to eat at other locations few times a week which were further.
They're sparse on the veggie toppings pretty excessively. When I ask for extra spinach they put on an extra 2 leaves. You have to keep asking and asking for more veggies while they upsell you on cheese, Avocado sauce, bacon and pepperoni.
It's almost comical.
This is Richmond though, there are so many options I haven't eaten subway in at least 6 months now.
The staff are super friendly but I'm pretty sure it's the management telling them to put as little veggies as possible. I've been there about 5 times and different employees and it's been the same.
I've ordered delivery 1 time from here and asked for spinach and when it arrived there was 1 leaf on my sub. ?
Thanks for the detox I guess.

β β β β β I watched this guy for at least 30 seconds before he even took my order. Hed rather sweep the floor than serve me. Wasn't impressed. Then he thought i was the jerk for saying something. He knew i was there watching him and he unassisted sweeping the floor. Wierd. He asked if there was a problem and i said yes, you seen me stand there and acted like you didnt want to serve me as id i dis something wrong. Is it serve yourself subway now? Weird man

β β β β β The app is still broken. That being said however management was on site and provided me with the offer and sent feedback directly to tech support. That's pretty hands on if you ask me! Good show! ?

Your typical Subway open 24/7. Staff is always friendly, helpful and make good sandwiches. My only gripe was the staff wasn't fully trained on how the app works which they seem to be promoting. The app was showing me a coupon code which I was not able to redeem.
