β β β β β Highly recommend Jessica to anyone buying a home! My sister and I bought a presale condo back in 2018. This is our first home. When we started mortgage shopping back in the summer, we went to a couple of the big banks directly, as well as to Jessica.
From the very beginning she took her time to explain the difference between fixed and variable so that we can make an informed decision (whereas the banks just asked us to pick).
Jessica is very professional, knowledgable, and always follow up to see if we have any additional questions. We talked to different mortgage broker elsewhere who was trying to pressure us into signing with them, which was a bit of a red flag for me. In the end we chose Jessica because she is genuine and takes her time with us throughout the entire process.

She responded to our emails very quickly, and even on the weekends. We are very happy we went with Jessica, we don't think we would of had the same outcome if we went with someone else. β β β β β All of the other reviews here are 5 stars for a reason! Jessica helped us get the best rates, even when it required some above-and-beyond work. She also explained concepts to me over and over until I understood them (like a collateral mortgage). Aside from that, she was always available, pleasant to work with, and adjusted to change (like needing to switch our mortgage last minute). She would be my first recommendation to anyone.
