This is our 4th time using a mortgage advisor but our 1st time using Denise and her team and WOW what a difference we experienced. They are professional but personable. Extremely organized and responsive. We will be using Denise and her team for future mortgages. The best part that we learned was that they don't just get you the mortgage they actually contact you yearly to review how the mortgage is working for you. Which gives us peace of mind that we are well looked after.

Denise is an absolute Godsend. You may think I’m being dramatic, but I promise you, I’m not. I’ll do my best to make this short. Prior to working Denise, I was already working another mortgage broker for a pre-approval…as I’m sure most of you know, open houses are held on a weekend and offers are usually due the following Monday or Tuesday, giving you very little time to decide and given the lack of inventory in the lower mainland it’s best to just take a chance and make an optimistic offer. I couldn’t help but feel like our previous mortgage broker was dragging his feet and to be frank and incredibly tone deaf, he had no strategy to help me acquire this second property for my children even though my current home is completely paid off and thanks to inflation, bountiful in equity. Regardless, this man made me feel like I couldn’t finance a bicycle and even laughed when I asked him “well, what would I be approved for?“ he scoffed and said “well, nothing in the lower mainland.” I was feeling relatively insulted and incredibly discouraged but wait, there’s a light at the end of this tunnel…this light is DENISE. As stated earlier, Denise is an absolute Godsend! I was explaining my situation to one of my employees when she referred me to Denise. I had little to no time to get my pre-approval, as my subject removal date was closing in, Denise worked faster and harder than anything I have experienced before, she not only had financing approved in record time, she even got me a line of credit. She was incredible, to say the least! Responsive, attentive, creative and determined. She had absolutely no doubt in making this happen for my children. I really cannot say enough good things about Denise and have referred her to everyone! I should really keep a stack of her business cards in my wallet to hand out.
