We are on our first re-finance as we purchased our home a few years ago. Not only did we add funds to our mtg when re-financing the Dryer Group managed to drop our bi-weekly payments by $208.00/m as well my mtg rate. We just completed our second mortgage using Dreyer group and I cannot recommend the team more strongly. The rate we got was fantastic and the support and communication we regularly received made the process very comforting.The best part of our recent mortgage was that on the final day, just as we were closing, a mistake had been made by the lender and the Dreyer's team completely took over and handled the situation. If we had to do that ourselves it would have been painful. You cannot go wrong with this team!!! 10 out of 5 stars!
