★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il faut fuire cette entreprise, une bande d’escrocs. Vérifier les heures travaillé, les taux horaires qui sont gonflés. De plus un retard ,sans aucune nouvelle de leurs part. Jim le service à la clientèle n’est pas fait pour vous! Plus jamais !!!!
You have to flee this business, a gang of crooks. Check hours worked, hourly rates that are inflated. Plus a delay, with no news from them. Jim's customer service is not for you! Never again !!!!

Qui ont fait un travail exemplaires
A 8 heures a Terrebonne 1 heure pour emballer et tout charger avec précaution
environ 1 heure de route pour se rendre a Valleyfield et 1 heure 1/4 pour décharger le tout et placé sans aucun dommage merci..

At 8 am in Terrebonne 1 hour to pack and load everything carefully
about 1 hour drive to Valleyfield and 1 1/4 hours to unload everything and placed without any damage thank you ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvaise expérience??. J'avais demandé 2 hommes car peu de meubles et pas de boites. On m'a appelé 1h avant pour me dire que ça va être 3 hommes et que le tarif change à la hausse. Je suis acculée au pied du mur sans possibilité de rien dire. L'équipe arrive, le 3e homme est un jeune homme asthmatique avec un léger retard intellectuel qui a seulement transporté les chaises et 2-3 bacs en plastique. Il ne vallait pas l'augmentation du tarif imposé. Les 2 autres hommes étaient machos et malaisants.. au final, 40 minutes de transport a été arrondi a 1h30 et 35 min de chargement des meubles arrondi a 1h. Tout a été arrondi et gonflé. Je me sens que je me suis fait avoir du début a la fin.??
Bad experience??. I had asked for 2 men because little furniture and no boxes. I was called 1 hour before to tell me that it will be 3 men and that the price is changing upwards. I am back against the wall with no possibility of saying anything. The team arrives, the 3rd man is a young man with asthma with a slight intellectual delay who has only carried chairs and 2-3 plastic bins. It was not worth the increase in the imposed tariff. The other 2 men were macho and awkward .. in the end, 40 minutes of transport was rounded off to 1:30 and 35 minutes of loading the furniture rounded to 1 hour. Everything has been rounded and inflated. I feel like I got screwed from start to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience avec cette compagnie. Nous nous sommes entendu pour le prix et une fois sur place, la personne en charge nous chargeaient le quadriple. Supposément qu'il devait faire 3 voyages. Il remplissait sa remorque qu'au tier de sa capacité.
De plus, il ne transportait pas de fournitures fragiles.
Ils étaient 3, mais seulement 2 travaillaient. Ils ont laissé des meubles que nous avons dû transporter par nous mêmes.
Je déconseille fortement.
We had a bad experience with this company. We agreed on the price and once there, the person in charge loaded us with the quadruple. Supposedly he had to make 3 trips. He only filled his trailer to a third of his capacity.
In addition, he was not carrying fragile supplies.
They were 3, but only 2 were working. They left furniture that we had to carry on our own.
I strongly advise against.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le site web indique bien ouvert les 24hr. J'ai appelé à 8PM et on m'a répondu sur un ton bête qu'il était 8hr du soir de rappeler le lendemain.
Aucun sens du service. Fausse représentation.
The website says open 24 hours a day. I called at 8pm and was answered in a silly tone that it was 8pm to call back the next day.
No sense of service. False representation.
