I Had a team of 2 movers (Justin and Slava) initially I requested 3 movers for my 4 1/2 on the second floor, but they were short on staff. But they did a great job. The truck has arrived on time, they were organized, Slava and Justin mainly focused on the things that needed to be done with utmost care. They have worked without time wasted. They have a system that one guy did all the wrappings, dismantling while the other one was loading a truck with boxes. When all was done, I was relieved although I can see that the movers were all exhausted, they still were able to put a smile on their faces. In addition, there were no surprises regarding the fees and all other extra costs.
R	Radmila Day on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demar Déménagement Montréal helped us move from West Island to Westmount. The guys Philip, Nazariy, and Jacob provided excellent service. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about dissembling and assembling furniture. They were also very careful and did not mind working hard in the scorching heat (34 degrees). We would use them again and we highly recommend them.

The movers did the job, everything seemed to be okay until the next morning when I noticed I was missing my jewelry bag. Alex offered me help by investigating but sadly we didn’t get to any conclusion. The movers said they had not seen the bag and there isn’t much to do since the company makes you sign a contract stating they are not responsible for any lost items that were not packed by the movers. Luckily for me, I have a video that proves my jewelry bag was there when the movers first arrived and it's interesting that this is the only lost item. The company tried to settle things by offering me $150 dollars that I did not take because, its not about the money and if it were, $150 is not even close to the things I lost in my jewelry bag (both financial and sentimental) and the feeling of violation I stayed with. I wonder if this would have happen if I was accompanied by a man during the whole process. I believe the company offers a good service in terms of providing information and arranging everything. Alex and the rest of the team that assisted me in order for the move to happen, offered me a friendly and effective service but they should take more precaution in the movers they hire. Alex claims that "all the items that we picked up were delivered to the destination address" but that is simply not true.

We had to move all of our belongings from our house in West Island to a storage unit in Toronto, all furniture was wrapped and delivered safely, could not be happier. Definitely will recommend it if you're looking for professional and careful movers. Thank you, Demar!

The owner Alex was super informative and friendly over the phone and it was an easy book unlike some other places I had called previously and at a decent price. The two movers who showed up (I can't recall their names but they were young Ukrainians) were incredibly friendly and helpful! It made a stressful day much easier. They disassembled my bed frame & even re-assembled it for me at my new apartment. 10/10 - would definitely recommend & book again!

Team called ahead to notify me of when they would be arriving and immediately went to work when they got there. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I got.
