★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is gorgeous! The location is amazing with amazing harbour views. You’re right on the harbour so no obstructed views. Very clean and fresh room. Helpful and attentive staff. Very good breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The second time we've stayed here. Well worth paying for the view rooms! Our puppy came with us this time and it was so easy to have her there. Pool/hot tub area was a bit wild with kids, but it was family day weekend after all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed a few days here and the room was very nicely made up. Hotel staff were knowledgeable and very willing to assist with whatever I asked about. The location is perfect for seeing Victoria and it's a quieter area than most hotels I've stayed at recently. Would recommend this place 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for a few days and the location is fantastic and the staff were so friendly. The reason for the 2 stars is because we booked on Expedia and arrived and asked for a upgrade to ocean view room which they had and we were fine with paying the $50 per night extra. In my opinion even if your hotel is a bit older you should be mindful of basic upkeep. I would assume the ocean view rooms for around $400 a night would not have carpet that is coming apart and unravelling- not only was it an eyesore but it was a tripping hazard and it was razor sharp. We all tripped over it and hurt ourselves as including my little one. We ended up laying bath towels over it as it covered the entire entrance to the bathroom so that we could avoid hurting our feet again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel in a great location, steps from the water, incredible staff, especially Leo the valet/ porter... such a nice guy that helped us with our bags and car.
The food at the bar was really good... they have lots of cocktails , and even though they have lots of beers, the variety of beers are limited...lots of IPAs.Trish served us and she was also a great person.
The rooms were nice we had a great view of the water and the beds were really comfortable.
Would certainly stay here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is the best hotel stay we have had in a long time. All staff were very well trained and provided amazing customer service. Housekeeping does a fantastic job of cleaning the rooms daily and the restaurant, Lure, serves excellent food. The restaurant staff is very friendly and every single server and hostess we encountered during our stay showed excellent customer service skills. The location of this hotel is perfect for walking to all restaurants, shopping and Fisherman’s Wharf.

We are local and do weekend trips at the delta frequently. The rooms are updated, clean, and nice. Every staff member we have interacted with has been absolutely fantastic. The view is gorgeous too.
Plus- they are pet friendly which is a HUGE bonus for us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous ocean view resort in Victoria! My first choice and favourite hotel! Needless to say the exception location, the room is clean, beautiful, and spacious with great service! Staff are amiable, helpful, and responsive! Room service was amazing! I got my orders in just 15 mins! The meals were not only good looking, but they were also delicious! No doubt I will come back to enjoy the stay with the unbeatable view again. Highly recommended!
