I asked them to spruce it up for my friends bday we both arrived they lit candles dimmed light put on relaxing music and used oil instead of creme. It was soo nice. If this spa was done up nice it would get a 5 star Thanks ladies
N	Nikola Nacev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a reservation the same day for a facial and showed up to the appointment with my girlfriend for them to tell me they didn’t have my booking in their “system”. We waited around for 10 mins while the receptionist was trying to convince us to get a massage instead because they didn’t have the person for the treatment. She had no clue what she was doing… I booked for an advanced or full facial and payed 140 for the both of us and it was not even what they described or worth it at all! Yes it was relaxing but nothing of what they described to be done in the treatment. The biggest thing is no communication: not knowing what to expect; especially the people doing the treatment didn’t even speak English, they didn’t explain literally anything… I think they just grabbed two people in the back who seemed to be having lunch in the back who were dressed in some street clothes? Not professional if u ask me, I came here twice before for a facial and a massage and I will say this place really fell off. In the end the person just waited and expected a tip and made us feel uncomfortable

Was trying to explain to the Chinese women who was massaging what were my sore and pain points but I don't think she quite understood that. Also no conversation at the beginning on what to expect and how it will done. Attached picture of waiting room. Music was relaxing n soothing during massage and standard massage bed.

I've been to MANY massage clinics to deal with my back and neck injuries, this is the first I have ever written a review about due to my amazement. Thank you so much Wendy. I can't wait to come back.

A	Anita P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jessica’s technique was superb. The massage was amazing and I would go back for that again. She was excellent and very knowledgeable in terms of anatomy. It was a combo of pressure point technique and relaxation massage. My only issue is that I bought a Groupon for a 60 min massage for $41. On Groupon it says I can purchase the same deal 2 more times, but when I asked them at the clinic they said that I can not use the deal for myself again and I must pay them regular price. If they just let me use the deal 2 more times I would have no issue spending regular price after that.
