β β β β β I went for a 60 min deep tissue massage. The massage itself was not bad however the pricing on their website is misleading. The $60 price for a 60 min massage is actually for those without insurance; for those with insurance, it's $95. I felt a little cheated when the receptionist told me that after my massage as that amount wasn't eligible for a full return from my insurance.
Please be more transparent about your pricing with your customers.

β β β β β The massages are not relaxing - they are deep and can be painful. The ladies there are able to assess my problem areas and address the root causes of most of my aches and pains. I've been about 20 times now and this is consistent: you walk in with aches and pains, the massage is uncomfortable, you feel woozy when you get up, you don't necessarily feel better when you walk out, but you will feel MUCH better the next day. That's why I go there... and the price is right.

β β β β β went for a 1 hr full body massage. The lady massaged upper back for 1 hr and said its done. She did not even cover the hands. receptionist said you should have told before front legs or hands are also to be included. Well you should have informed if upper back is full body for you. will not recommend.

β β β β β Previously posted 5 stars for this place as the ladies doing the massage were lovely. However, upon calling today the receptionist told me today that they can no longer accept neither my manulife or sunlife insurance coverage and would not elaborate as to why. When i asked if they would provide the receipt so that i can sumit myself she said no.
Sounds like fishy business to me. I wont be returning to this place.

β β β β β I've been here for many massages, however, the business seems very sketchy. They are not transparent with the rates and have different rates for insured and uninsured clients. The ambience is not pleasant, squeaky floors and the door is left open when the masseus leaves the room to get a hot towel for example. The massage therapists speak very little English making it difficult to communicate my needs with them. Unfortunately, I would not recommend going here.

β β β β β Paper towel on the face rest, and low thread count scratchy sheets (which the RMT massaged me through for the first part, which was weird), and creaky floors outside the room which ruined the ambiance. The RMT and the massage itself was good, but for the cost of a quality massage, pay an extra $10 and go somewhere else.

They may have less rating but when I went there I was treated so well , staff was polite and Halen was so good with the deep tissue massage plus I got an extra 10 min massage!!
Please do try donβt go by the ratings there is less staff but they are good
