After many time complained, the management office doesn’t care at all. The six month stressful and noisy cause me mental health problems, I moved out immediately.???????? 千万别住205，305的sb和他Gou娘*的b崽子天天在你脑袋顶上蹦跶，经常六点多七点多给你整醒了没完没了一蹦就是一天。沟通无果，那sb就是一无赖，这儿的管理员态度也非常差。快逃！ Worst place ever, I lived in 205, the little angel who living in 305 jumping and running on your ceiling all day. And his father is an aS hole. After many time complained, the management office doesn't care at all. The six month stressful and noisy cause me mental health problems, I moved out immediately. After six o'clock and seven o'clock, I wake you up all the time. One jump is a day. The communication is fruitless, then sb is a rogue, and the attitude of the administrator here is also very poor. Run away!

They send me the price (some x amount) in the email and when I went there to see apartment, they told me different price (almost 400 bucks more). Upon asking the reason why the price is different then they told? and the answer was :it was "Marketing Price". Now.. Marketing price means they send you the quote of different price and when you actually go there.. and SURPRISEEEEE... 400$ more now..!! It was really waste of time and you will be fooled. it was DISAPPOINTING experience. About Apartments: It was okay okay. Not so good not so bad. It was fine for just living.. nothing more.

The property manager did not resolve the issue and made it very stressful on my family. After 6 months of no peace and quiet we were forced to leave. My family's well being was at risk if we stayed any longer. Our unit was 506.

Also, it takes 3 months for them to fix a broken floor board. Finally, this building is so old that you can only have the slowest Internet service. For people who want to live in this area, try the apartments on van horne ave
