β β β β β We found out that after purchasing a new home and switching over our policy, Deeks never canceled our old home policy. 14 months later, we realized we had been paying insurance on a home we no longer owned, and brought this to their attention. 4 months later, we still have not been refunded the money owed, and have been responsible for instigating all follow-up with Deeks. Scott was unresponsive to emails, and didn't follow-up even once to ensure the problem had been resolved. Mistakes happen, and we were willing to continue working together, but the incredibly poor communication and follow-through that continues is inexcusable.

β β β β β I wanted to like Deeks and I wish I didn't have to write a bad review. They never treated me well, they never told me the whole truth. Time after time of being treated poorly I told them that If it continued then they would be losing me as a customer, all they had to say was "bye". Do your self a favor and keep looking for another Insurance Provider.

β β β β β Scott Jones was unbelievably professional and pleasant to deal with, and the auto insurance rate he offered me me easily beat any I found elsewhere. He was responsive over email and phone and set me up with a policy within a day. I would be pleased to recommend Deeks to anyone seeking auto insurance.

β β β β β I really wanted to like this company. I have never reviewed a company before, but I am so concerned for others to be made aware of this horrible company, and just clarifying, that I have Never had a claim. I can only imagine the situation if I had had a claim!!! I was with them for 10 years and the constant mistakes, Including i got rid of a car, for months they kept charging me for it a few years back. when I would call them to rectify it, it was obvious they didnβt care. As a company that advertises on Christian radio and suggests they have Christian ethics I am surprised at the number of unethical things that have happened to me with this company repeatedly. Also, they were constantly incompetent, I did deal with Kimberly Deeks for a while and she was good, I can only assume she likely left the company because they were so bad. When you get your renewal, if you are with Deeks, please read it carefully because they add anything they think they May get away with, and add charges. Stay away from this company if at all possible. If they were cheaper I couldn't go back to them.
