WARNING

The winter has brought us the water we asked for…and then some. The walkway to the docks is underwater, and the docks extremely slippery and dangerous. If you use the docks in this perilous time, you do so at your own risk. We have tied a 32′ section of floating dock across the side of the walkway to access the main dock. Please be careful if you use it because it is not stationary. We highly recommend that you wait until the water levels recede before accessing your slip.

We are conveniently located in the protected harbour adjacent to the Public Boat Launch (on our West Side), and “Pye’s” (on our East Side), in “downtown” Clearwater Bay, Ontario.

2021 was a great success, selling out all 28 boat-slips by mid June…Thanks again for your support! For 2022 we are once again offering 28 boat slips-which are 20′ in length by 10′ in width, and will be available for the May Long Weekend of 2022. These slips can accommodate boats up to 27′ in length. We have a list of people waiting for a slip, and slips will be sold on a first come/ first serve basis. Our docks are all newly constructed, with shore power at many of the slips.

We are adding a few more slips to the East of our main docks, which will be ready for spring 2023. As well, we will be offering PWC(Personal Water Craft) “EZ-Ports” at a reduced rate to allow patrons to keep their PWC out of the water, with little effort to back them in , and drive up onto the EZ-Port. Please contact us for more information regarding availability for the 2023 boating season.

Slip availability comes and goes fast, usually within days, by spring, all spots will be full, as they always are, so don’t wait until it’s too late, book now. Please see our rates and policies page for more information.

We currently have ONE slip available for a small boat with an outboard motor, or a PWC

Please Note: We ask that ALL vessels are removed from our docks by  Monday of  the Thanksgiving Long Weekend, as we release the docks from the shore for the winter season on the Tuesday immediately following.
