We began the process of buying a new home after deciding to relocate to Regina in early January and Daytona was our first choice. I knew from experience that our home would be very well built and that we would be well taken care of throughout the buying process as well as after we took possession of the home. Rebecca was fantastic and was quick to send any necessary paper work to us as we were moving from out of province. Rory and his Eastbrook construction team Jason, Bryan and Russ were wonderful, they completed our basement development so quickly and before our possession date. We cant thank them enough for completing it so fast. We were very thankful to not have to live in a construction site! We have been living in our new house for a week and have already received wonderful service from the Daytona team, as I knew we would. As a former new home sales consultant and Realtor I have a good understanding of homes, how they are built, and what makes for a great buying experience. Daytona has this process perfected along with every step of their build process. A fantastic company, with wonderful staff. We truly can’t say enough!

I bought my house in 2017, since then I have been calling daytona for help in the winter as my intake air duct is freezing. Every-time I called them, I get same answer that call Town and country. And When I called town and country the guy who came twice and charged me hefty amount if bill. As well as Its not just me who is facing this issue, whole crescent whose builder is Daytona is facing same issue. If anyone is planning to buy a house from Daytona, make sure to check their HVAC, furnace work since they are using a cheap quality and poor team to get their work done. Biggest mistake of my Life that I chose Daytona. I hope others will make their choice wisely.

Rebecca is very professional in every aspect of her role as a sales associate. She is knowledgeable about Daytona homes and the products that they use. She can answer every question throughout the process of the build and if she doesn't know the answer, she will find it in a timely matter. Rebecca is always available to answer questions and she can be counted on to get the job done! I would highly recommend building with Rebecca no matter where you are wanting to build your home in Regina!

Ally is a great representative to work with. She helped us customize our first home. Was very patient and walked us through the entire process. First time home buying can be very stressful but Ally made sure to make it a very smooth and enjoyable process. Thank you for your support.

Having Daytona Homes Regina as one of my Builders is a delightful experience. The sales team is especially adapted to making every experience welcoming and understanding. At Daytona Homes they seem to go above and beyond to accommodate a client's needs and expectations. I had the privilege of dealing with Rebecca and she was able to to answer my questions as well as give helpful feedback on the market and the opportunities you can get with Daytona Homes.

Beware of this builder since there are many issues! First of all, I wanted to point out to all who consider buying their houses. They are having issues with the structural part and this part is the most important yet most likely to be ignored by buyers since they are not professionals. I as a journey man however have both the knowledge and experience about the framing of houses. below are just some issues I found and asked them to fix. 1. Connector plate missing on one side of roof truss above bedroom shower. Note that the tooth holding value in lumber that has had a gusset plate removed is reduced by 50%. Thus, the replacement plate must be sized larger than the original to allow the plate to connect into good lumber. The new plate may not need to be 50% bigger, but the truss designer needs to recalculate the design to ensure the plate is adequate. 2. Nails shall be spaces not more than 12”o.c. as per NBC 9.17.4.2 for Built-up columns. See pictures below, the nailing space are more than 30”for the built-up columns in garage supporting the multi-ply girder trusses. 3. 2-ply header above garage door needs to be nailed together as per NBC Table 9.23.3.4 and they need to be at min. 12” spacing. See picture below, no nails found. 4. 6” built-up post at this location needs to be nailed 12” o.c. as per NBC 9.17.4.2. See pictures below, the nails are spaced more than 30”. 5. Top plates shall be reinforced from both sides when the damaged width less than 50mm as per NBC 9.23.5.4. 6. 11-7/8” TJI Blocking at the cantilever portion is required based on Nu-Fab drawings. Not the kind blocking shown on pictures. 7. FB5 rim board fully bearing on top plate below sheathing skirt as shown on Nu-Fa drawings. Note that exposing to outside is not permitted by the designer. Daytona told me that the build time would be 6 to 8 months but ended up one whole year (12 months), and they kept using Covid as the excuse even though the Covid has already happened when I signed the contract. When I called their manager asking for a solution, he told me there is nothing that he can do besides a $200 dollar gift card from Home Depot, but after I took possession, Daytona told me they fired the manager who promised me the gift card, so they are not going to even provide me the gift card the previous manager promised. Finally, they tricked me to take possession even if the house was not ready, so after 15 months from the date I signed the contract and after 2 months from the date I moved in, there are no grading around the house, and no driveway for the garage, every time I called and asked them about the driveway and grading, they would just using weather as excuses where those should've been done last summer as they said 6 to 8 months.
