Shipment is now 5 days late and being told it wont be delivered for another 3 days do to max capacity at final destination. Paid an arm and leg for this shipment and now i have to work my schedule around them not the other way around. Vary poor service! Wish i would have went with FedEx freight

ETA's not accurate. Tracking rarely updated. CS holds are long and that's if you can even get though. What should be 1 to 2 day shipments take over a week.

This company has been terrible to deal with. Choose any other company but them. Tracking is wrong/nonexistent, customer service is unable or unwilling to help and they have currently lost my package with no apparent ability to locate it or offer to remedy their mistake. I didn't realize I should have taken a picture with my package on the truck for proof that it was picked up as it has apparently vanished.

Just started using Day & Ross - the worst experience I ever had with a company. Lost orders, the customer service is absolutely appalling. The staff are illiterate untrained and couldn't care less. I cannot understand how a company of such poor quality can maintain such a dominant position - there's clearly something wrong with Capitalism it's not working. Companies like this should be out of business. I will never use them again for my business.

I'd give a 0 star if possible, absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced, original delivery date from Calgary to Comox on Van Isle was Mar 24 -26 delayed to Apr 4th., no delivery Apr 4th., trying to get in contact with Day & Ross is an experience in frustration, constantly getting cutoff with music on hold and as well as during conversation with "Customer Service" this is after waiting for 30 min on hold. BTW the goods arrived in Burnaby on Mar 26th and left Burnaby for Victoria that day and apparently it's been sitting there ever since, it's a 2 hr drive from Victoria to Comox, it's now Apr 5th! Finally was able to talk to their customer service and he was to contact Victoria BC for a status update and email me me with an update, obviously no email arrived, not surprised, I don't think they really care. Current status Unknown!

We ordered something a month and a half ago from Home Depot. Delivery is handled by D&R. It's been over a month since the ETA, and there have been no updates whatsoever, and even Home Depot has reached out and received nothing. For any company looking into using Day and Ross: Don't.

Worst experience ever. I will give 0 star if I can. Had a shipment coming from east coast with D&R to Vancouver Island, and it’s been delayed for about a month now. Call the customer service and was informed the shipment is sitting in Vancouver since mid-March. Next stop will be Victoria, but It has never need moved since. The estimated delivery time just keep getting pushed back. We have to stop our project for this. Complained multiple times and the customer service always says they will call back when they find out what happened in Victoria. Of course they never did.

Recently started using D & R as they are now the preferred freight company from shipper we use. This is how D & R has been as freight company: "lost freight" for a month Freight signed off as delivered by D & R when was not delivered 5 Day delays at Tsawassen ferry terminal as freight from Surrey sits at ferry terminal "BC ferries has no sailings, as no staff to run the ferry" as per Customer service ?? what to even say about that response! Inaccurate tracking or no tracking Customer service and warehouse have different responses The positive is the drivers are personable and offer great service (when the freight finally arrives) Freight companies are struggling with increased volumes, staffing shortages etc. to keep on track. If this company was more transparent instead of telling customers what they decide on the day they speak to you, this review would be different and would be accepting of delayed freight. Time to be accurate with customers. Overall can not recommend this Freight company
