★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I clicked a link on the Thunder Bay Health Unit website to book an appointment for an over 40 COVID vaccination at Dawson Heights and it went straight to their booking page so I booked an appointment for that afternoon. It was immediately canceled and I then found out that age group didn't start until the next day. When I tried to tell them that the link from the TBDHU site should be corrected I was accused of stealing someone's spot, that appointments can't be booked from the TBDHU site, and that their page clearly says only age 55 or higher. Nothing like trying to help someone to fix their online systems and then being called a liar and someone trying to cheat the system..... never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible terrible pharmacy manager and his wife Anna who works in shoppers drug mart, they both charge extra and excessive and they don’t pay you back. They also hire staff and don’t pay them be careful, avoid at all costs.he also uses other personal health information to bill for services that didn’t happen. Be careful.
