Outstanding customer service and Dawn is absolutely amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable and answers any questions you have. Cannot recommend enough! Anyone who needs bigger bras, they have so many to choose from that look so pretty! Not the standard grandma looking beige only 1 style you find at Victoria secret or la senza for anything above D.

I made an appointment for a fitting (which you should definitely do) and was there as soon as they opened. Dawn was super nice and pit me in a room quickly. She asked me what I wanted in a bra and what I wanted to wear them with. After telling her she came back with a few different ones. She would give me three at a time and I would leave the door open when I had one on. She'd come in and adjust the straps and tell me something about how it fit and how they could change it in alterations. She showed me lots from different price points and a good mix of wired and nonwired. It was all very efficient and I narrowed down what I liked pretty quickly. Dawn was really professional and it helped me feel at ease. Once I bought them she gave me a free laundry bag for my first purchase, and explained all about how to care for them. I picked up the altered versions about 2 weeks later. I feel like theres a lot of reviews on here that say the wait times are all messy but its because sometimes they have to order from an outside company, and sometimes those companies down communicate. If you need bras immediately don't go to a place that does custom work! If its for an event you need to plan ahead. I can't say much about the quality of the alterations in terms longevity yet but they seem m well done and nothing is scratchy or anything. Overall I had a really good experience for a person that really hates having to wear bras.

It took 50 minutes for the fitting and trial. She gave me 10 bras to try. She was very gentle, friendly and helpful. However, she was helping 2 to 3 customers at the same time! I thought It would be very expensive to assess by fitter. I was happy that they didn’t charge anything for the fitting service. Just charged for the bra only, which was expensive (because the one I choose is expensive brand!). Variety of bra and accessories are available here. They always ship to home. There are parking spots at the back and road side parking. Washroom is very clean with some face towels! Store is very clean. Recommend others to try this store.

But aside from that, the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. I was able to find a couple bras here and they offer free alterations to provide a good custom fit

She also made me feel totally at ease. After ordering ill-fitting and poorly constructed bras on-line throughout Covid, I was frustrated and tired of having the wrong bras (NTM: wires jutting into me!). I am so glad that I finally went for a proper fitting. Learned new things and came out with 3 perfectly fitting, very comfortable bras. Alterations were free and done within a week of my visit. I am so much more comfortable in my clothing now. Customer for life!
