The Westhills represents those communities running east of 69th and north of Old Banff Coach Rd from Signal Hill, to Christie Park, Strathcona Park, Coach Hill, Patterson and Cougar Ridge. The Westhills were generally built out between the 80's and 2000, and the styles are of a much broader range with splits and bi-levels among the two storey's and bungalows.

When we discussed selling our home with him, it was obvious how knowledgeable he was with the listings in the neighborhood and with the general climate of the real estate market at the time. When we decided to list with David, we sold our home in a little over 1 week and within the price range discussed. We are tremendously happy with David and would use him again if we decided to purchase in the area again.
