Danny is empathetic, patient, hard-working and a special thanks to him to go above and beyond in our experience during and after the purchase. Danny bring with him a team of assistants who are equally good and in addition provides recommendations (without enforcing them on you) to a solid team of lawyers and mortgage brokers. These factors combined with an already stressful task can feel somewhat overwhelming at times. He provided comparables of recent sales, giving us a realistic market understanding, helped us to strategize our offers, and was always more than willing to get into the nooks and crannies of the house to investigate technical aspects with us (windows/roof/hot water tank/furnace info/ages, looking for water infiltration in the basements, etc).
