★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pushy to try and get me to increase my initial offers, at times above what I was pre-approved for or comfortable with.
Didn't respect my insistence on adding specific details in my conditional offer that were hard limit deal breakers. These are issues that still impacting the enjoyment of my home.
Was pretty disrespectful about homes/areas that weren't on the higher end of my budget.
Referred me to a home inspector that had super sketchy reviews on Google. Thank goodness for these google reviews, I got someone else and they were great).
After signing the final offer I barely heard back from him. During closing or since, I never heard from him at all. No congratulation call or email or even a text message. Maybe I'm naive but I thought most realtors welcome you to your new/first home with a bottle of wine or a fruit basket or something like that.
