When Danielle says she provides personalized training, she means it ! I am always surprised by what she sees in my movement patterns and how she targets those patterns to improve them.

Not only for our selves, but for our families & communities; especially during these unprecedented Covid driven restrictive times we now live in. Choosing to work with Danielle in our virtual sessions has given me long-lasting & tangible results. Our work together has improved my strength in body, mind & spirit. Danielle’s invaluable teaching is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. She is attuned to my needs, passionate in her ability to read the body with humour & insight & is thoroughly able to determine the correct path to wellness for my unique situation. Every time I meet with her, I leave having learned something new & knowing that I am that much closer to the flexible & fit body that I want to achieve. There is no quick fix or secret shortcut but there are plenty of nuggets of wisdom from Danielle throughout our sessions. What I find most valuable is the profound sense of empowerment she brings & encourages; she is knowledgeable & willing to share everything I need to succeed. She is inspiring, she knows how to teach, she knows her subject, & she cares about the success of her clients. If you are interested in improving your quality of life, I think you’ll appreciate Danielle’s instruction & attention to detail. Seize the opportunity...You won’t regret taking any of her classes, but you might regret not helping yourself to a better life (not only physically, but mentally) when you had the chance!
