A	Adam Eastman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went last night to get 2 blizzards. Had to try paying 4 times on 2 different POS's. Cashier said that this is normal and happens all the time. Maybe normal for this location, but I have never experienced this at any other retailer/restaurant. Once arriving home, and finishing the blizzards I noticed that the bottom half of one of them was only vanilla ice cream. No "toppings" mixed in at all. Brutal.

As you'd expect, I had no choice but to run out for a blizzard. After getting the first tot into bed I rushed out with all haste to get some delicious DQ for the wifey (and myself). And indeed it was delicious! But you may ask, why only 4 stars? Well the employee certainly did a good job making a delicious treat, but me arriving at 8:30pm must have been a cherry on top for their, I'm guessing, difficult day. They were impatient with my order, physically distraught over till issues, and having to set up the blizzard machine. I'm sure you're probably better on other days. But however this day, I hope your night improved after I left. Thank you again for the blizzards. The wife loved it.
D	D Bonner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up a birthday cake for my son. I guess they don't train staff on writing anymore....this is the worst I have ever seen. I was so disappointed in the poor quality of this writing. I did not want to even accept the cake, but I needed it...it was late...and I was so very tired (going through chemo) that I did not have the energy to argue. She was also asked to write Happy 21st Birthday, Jarod. Aweful. Besides, there was no one else there working that could do it any different.

T	Trevor Burchett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there Thursday Aug 26th. Had to await outside because of the covid policy allowing 3 people.in at a time. Finally get inside, only to be told we won't be served because it's 9pm. Told.managers rule. I'm literally turned away after waiting patiently outside before closing time. Either the management needs to train their employees better, or the employees need to think on their feet. To be able to actually enter the store after waiting outside only to be turned away when I reach the cash is absolutely ridiculous. Even the customers in front of us thought your policy it was in poor taste. A guy even came from the kitchen to tell me I couldn't be served. Seriously DQ, do better. All we wanted was ice creamafter hockey. I'll just get a McFlurry at McDonald's next time. They won't turn me away.
R	Rabah El-Helou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No objection over the food as it is the same across all Dairy Queens but the personal at this store needs to improve their attitude towards customers. The employee seemed fine but didn’t know much about the pre made cakes being offered. But the owner or the manager on the other hand was just rude. He made it clear that he was not interested in taking the time to explain what the cakes were made out of and he rushed and spoke over me while he clearly saw I was on the phone trying to decide which one to take. For retail shops like these customer service should be a priority for them and for someone that is spending almost $50 on a pre made cake, it’s worth while to take the time and explain to the customer what they are buying.
K	Kiah Robbins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious ice cream. Quick service, even when baseball/soccer games let out and there's two teams worth of people looking for a treat lol. Ice cream cakes also available and can be customized with very little notice. Always clean and welcoming.

I am 100% sure they had no trouble accepting the money for the card. I also wonder that if they keep up this behaviour long enough if people forget or give up on these cards. Is this the plan? I say NO MORE GIFTCARDS.
