★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would it kill you to put a sign in your drive thru to let people know that you don't open until 3pm? I sat there for several minutes waiting. A staff member even went into the back of the building behind me, even LOOKED at me and didn't say anything. Someone could have even said something on the drive thru speaker but chose not to and left me sitting there. Bad customer service at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t understand what extra ice means. I love having their ice so I usually ask for an iced tea with a full cup of ice. Today i said i would like to have extra ice. By the time I finished my drink I had 15 pieces of crushed ice. (I finished my drink in 5 minutes since it was full with ice tea and barely any ice)
