J	Jimbo Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall decent DQ location We've gotten generally good service at this location (vs others where the dilly bars are made from old ice cream that has made us sick). Been a few mixups and one time I was bothered enough to contact DQ about a DQ app-related issue involving store staff...and the manager from there actually called me to apologize and make things right - wow, almost nobody does that any more and we really appreciated it. Barely the mixups, overall we're fairly happy with this location.
H	Herbie Hind on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great location. The people whom I some are the franchise owners are great and super friendly. Never really had an issue here. The drive-thru is quick and always accurate. My only complaint would be: I wish they'd ask you if you need all the plastic utensils. Especially now during take out pandemic, chances are we're going home with the food, we don't need a bag full of single use plastics. I often forget to ask them not to put any in the bag. Be nice if they adopted a policy of asking first.

There was no less than 11 kids standing in the road for the drive thru, ordering at the drive thru window, just walking around. They were running around the cars and trying to jump the line by ordering at the window. Then because of all the kids making a mess of things, they forgot our order and then didn't include an item in the bill so they wouldn't give it to us. Overall, very chaotic and stressful and it does not make me want to go there again.

Perfect to pick up a cake and bring it to celebrate friends bday at shark club nearby. Thanks again! Note they are Drive thru only at this time.

I choose to come here based on the courteous service and generous portions I always receive from this store. In addition to that, when I order a simple item like an ice cream cone, it is handed to me fresh out of the machine, nice and firm and no dripping. This is unlike most of the other locations who respond immediately through the microphone in the drive through so by the time I get to the window, it's warm and running all over the place. Unacceptable in all regards. And finally, the blizzards are 100% thick, processed just right. You need a spoon to eat these. Just how they should be. The sundaes are large with generous amounts of fresh topping bursting with flavor. To die for. You simply can't go wrong here. 5 Stars Plus...All Day Long. Highly Recommended!
