M	Mady Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ never had a good experience at this dairy queen upgraded my fries to a large and this is what i get the same as a regular only difference is i paid extra for it and the strips are small might as well call them chicken nuggets also whenever i get a blizzard it’s never mixed well it’s always a few toppings on top and vanilla ice cream for the rest

Hot food is always gross (Patties are hard and dry, fries are over done). Whenever I ask for a large fry, I get the exact same size fries as I do when I don't. Monthly blizzards have no consistency (Sometimes I get vanilla base, sometimes it's chocolate, even the toppings change sometimes, I guess they run out of whatever they are supposed to use?). Unfortunately this is the closest "Fast food" place outside of going to Wasaga, so if you're in a time crunch, this is your only option unfortunately. Try to avoid it, make the trip to Wasaga, hell even go to foodland and get a hot meal there. Anything is better than this place. DQ corporate needs to fix this place, because the owners obviously don't care enough to do it themselves. Look at the other reviews.

I watched three people handle our food, literally, the burger patties were actually passed around for some reason... Lo and behold we got food poisoning. The place was filthy and rundown, and the staff were miserable to each other. Whoever is running this location should give their head a shake. Do not eat here.

I got 2 crispy chicken wraps and when I opened my wrapper to eat they were not wrapped at all! The kitchen crew needs to go a way better job then they are. It honestly made me not want to eat there.

One Diet Pepsi had no ice the other only ice One burger had no toppings the other had toppings consisting of brown lettuce, tomato on verge of needing to be composed and both burgers cold Fries were fine just cold No napkins Won’t be back fed one burger to our sons dog and rest in garbage
T	Tammylynn Hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today around 4:30. Logan Parton ( I believe this was his name) was so friendly and very helpful. We truly appreciated all his help. The food on the other was terrible. Ordered a Double bacon burger, the patties were hard and dry, same with the bacon,it was actually to hard to chew and swallow. The fries with the chicken strips were cold and the strawberry cheesecake blizzard only had a few pieces of cheesecake. Honestly I gave this place only 3 stars and it's because of how great Logan was.
