J	Jen Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in at 10:25 pm, from the outside seemed like they had closed. The lights were shut off and everyone (2 males. 1 female staff) were hiding in the back. The young teenager who served us tried to intimidate us with his tone and expressions. He gave my boyfriend cut eye and was very abrupt. Whilst my blizzard was being made, all three of them gathered at a covered side station and did not make it at the regular machine (as I’ve seen them do in the past). Mind you they were all giggling and chatting for a good couple of minutes while giving us glares the entire time. My blizzard came out like soup and was barely able to be flipped over. The question is, can I come in after 10pm without feeling like I’m utterly inconveniencing the staff? I don’t know what it’s like during the day but judging by an overwhelming number of previous reviews, it seems like this is a common occurrence.

(lights switched off and staffs already started cleaning up).What a waste of my time as I called before hand in regards to buying a cake! They could have mentioned it over the phone that we close early or something! Please don’t waste people’s time and communicate clearly!

Earlier December 2021 there was a young gentleman working behind cash, maybe around 5'10", a bit jacked, who had an amazing outgoing bubbly personality, he was quick and provided everything I could possibly need for my meal. His energy alone put a smile on my face.

I was in a rush for a Birthday cake for my father and the individual stayed back and did a lovely job writing the message. I am truly grateful to her for going above and beyond. S	Snow Piercer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday i went to dairy Queen to order some food and ice cream. The staff over there was pretty welcoming and pretty helpful. But the food i ordered was quiet cold therefore I tried to get it replaced and the staff was little hesitant. Thereafter i talked to their manager, the Indian guy with bunch of tattoos. He was really appreciative and polite, he helped me resolve the issue very quickly without any further problems. Really loved the good work that manager is doing over there and the team is also pretty well.
R	Rebecca Elizabeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service here is fast and friendly, and the pandemic didn’t cause the team here to miss a beat in churning out summer lineups. However, I have noticed that the ice cream melts really fast as opposed to at other locations. The last blizzard I had came out soupy and definitely could not be flipped. Despite this, I look forward to returning, as otherwise, the quality of food here (cakes, hot menu, etc) is fantastic.
