★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the chicken wrap meals with the salads. The kids liked the ice cream. The place is consistently busy with plenty of people coming from the neighborhood right around the restaurant to eat also. We love Dairy Queen and this one is one of the best ones I've been to. I wish I had a reason and a freezer to put one of the ice cream cakes in so I could buy one during a visit. We live an hour away from the place so that's not going to happen!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look we all have bad days, but if you work in the fast food field; you have to learn to be fake enough to make your customers believe that you genuinely care. Sadly, on this particular visit; I'd have to assume the young lady just found out some tragic news and the manager wasn't allowing her to go home! The most sullen, unhappy, frumpy service I have ever received!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go to this place because it offered more ice cream per serving than McDonalds for a better price. However, that is no longer the case. The first two times I ordered large sundaes here, the whole cup was filled and swirled up a bit higher. It was definitely worth the price. However, since then my sundaes have been getting smaller and smaller with each visit. Today, I ordered my usual large sundaes and they weren't even filled to the top of the cup! And even though the two large sundaes were in the same order, my bf's was a lot smaller than mine and was basically the equivalent of a McDonalds sundae in quantity, for twice the price. I've been putting up with DQ's overpriced items up until now but will now be going to McDonald's. My service here has largely degraded in the past couple months, charging me for ice cream that isn't particularly special in any way. PS: I also have yet to receive a Blizzard that is filled to the top of the cup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ as disabled person. Sophie who was take my order was pushy les we had misunderstment and we got order wrong the mod was not no better. she ask two times ok. honestly the screen you ask me at it small. as well it was head behind the refrigerator and face mask.

Small premium smoothies are good but I got a large and they either used extra yogurt or less flavour, it was bland when the small was delicious
June 2022 update: while waiting for a uber pickup right next to their little sign for their Uber pickup area, the cashier kept ignoring me for over 5 minutes while she continued to serve customer after customer who walked in the door after me. What's the point of having a pickup area if you're just going to ignore customers standing there?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went there today, my food was good, but my 7up was not 7up, it tasted like just the carbonation. Two days ago my roommate went and got burgers from here and when he got back started eating. He got half way through his burger and realized the bacon on it was still pink, and the burger was half cooked. Please remember to check your order before you leave here and DQ staff, please do better at serving your customers the food we pay for. Thanks.
