tu peux manquer ta job c'est humain mais redonner une auto tout croche a ton client et surtout en refusant de prendre tes responsabilités de faire toutes les corrections rendu nécessaires par ton travail bâclé, sauf pour quelques tentatives ratées de camouflages ce n'est pas très honnête . Mais lorsque le siège que tu avais peinturé par erreur a changé de teinte après (2) lavage et alors que l'on voyais encore des traces de peinture , tu m'a dit que c’était de l'usure normale . j'ai alors vraiment réalisé qui tu étais j'ai du faire intervenir mon assureur avec ton franchiseur Procolor afin de te forcer a corriger ta job bâclé. Et après une autre tentative ratée, c'est un autre franchisé qui a finalement refait une nouvelle peinture, changer le tissus du siège. Tout cela au bout de (9) mois de tracas , de frustration et de multiples rendez-vous - le siège , la vitre, le tapis (peinturé par erreur) - peinture pleine d'imperfection (raté) - clear qui décolle - panneau mal ajusté (mal posé) - tapis plein de poussière de sablage pensez-y bien avant de leur confier votre véhicule , heureusement que mon assurance constatant la mauvaise qualité de son travail a accepté de m'aider avec le franchiseur sinon le seul choix qui me restais était d'aller au tribunal
you can miss your job, it's human, but giving your client a completely crooked car and especially by refusing to take your responsibilities to make all the corrections made necessary by your sloppy work, except for a few failed attempts at camouflage, it's not very honest. But when the seat that you had painted by mistake changed color after (2) washing and while we still saw traces of paint, you told me that it was normal wear and tear. I then really realized who you were I had to involve my insurer with your franchisor Procolor to force you to correct your sloppy job. And after another failed attempt, it was another franchisee who finally repainted, changed the fabric of the seat. All this after (9) months of hassle, frustration and multiple appointments - the seat, the glass, the carpet (painted by mistake) - painting full of imperfection (failed) - clear that takes off - ill-fitting panel (poorly laid) - carpet full of sanding dust think about it before entrusting them with your vehicle, fortunately my insurance noting the poor quality of its work agreed to help me with the franchisor otherwise the only choice I had left was to go to court
