I have spent the last 30 plus years of my life dedicated to my career and decided it was time to take that leap of faith and become an entrepreneur.
I have had the privilege of meeting some incredibly beautiful people in my career and my heart will always bleed a little “blue”. In the fall of 2021 I made the choice to walk away from my career and focus on my family. The past two years have reminded me of the need for an attention to my health; both mental and physical health and wanting to support others in their wellness journey.
This why I have created and opened up CYCLE Zen Studio. I love spin and the strength and heart pumping joy I get from every ride I take. I love yoga and the deep connection to the earth and peace that it brings. I am looking so forward to building a community in our quaint space with you. I hope you will come and share a spin, a yoga session and a laugh or two as we build our Zen tribe!!
